Todd Hudson
Head Maverick Todd Hudson is a knowledge transfer expert whose ideas, methods and approach are all based in twenty-five years of real-world, in-the-trenches experience.
He’s seen just about everything the corporate world can throw at you, and he has a deep understanding of what it’s like to be an employee, a supervisor, a manager and an executive in today’s business environment.
Todd combines that understanding with innovative ideas to form highly practical, simple and cost-effective ways of sharing and transferring knowledge.
His experience includes:
- Facilitating knowledge transfer to Chinese doctors, nurses, technicians and engineers for Pfizer’s first CAT Scanner sale to Beijing Army Medical Hospital in 1979.
- Member of start-up and knowledge transfer team for TSMC’s first US-based semiconductor fab.
- Integrating operations and mergers and acquisitions in the electronics industry.
- Designing and delivering quality management training programs for semiconductor firms.
- Managing global operations for electronics manufacturers, including downsizings, outsourcing and consolidations.
- Retail employee training and management.
Todd holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts. He also holds a BA in Chinese and Economics from Connecticut College. He speaks enough French and Chinese to cause an international incident and has lived in Taiwan. He is an avid cyclist and an amateur filmmaker.
